By 2023, Troy brought housekeeping in-house to ensure quality control and launched a Guest Experience division to elevate the entire stay. These weren’t just operational changes—they were strategic investments in what makes guests return and homeowners stay.
The RPM Partnership
In 2024, Elevated became our very first RPM client. With pricing off his plate, Troy’s team focused on quality, guest experience, and growth. Strategic seasonal pricing—focused on occupancy in the off-season and ADR in peak months—pushed revenue +15% YoY in July and RevPAR +12% across comparable units.
